Northern Ireland Marathons
Connemara Marathon - 10th April 2011 Comprising of a Half Marathon, a Full Marathon and a 39.3 mile Ultra Marathon all taking place on the 10th April 2011. Next year will be the 10th Connemarathon and there is already a lot of talk about this special edition. The 2009 event attracted a sell out of 3,600 entries with representation from 31 Countries.

Belfast City Marathon - 2nd May 2011
The Belfast Marathon will host next year's event on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May. Over 18,000 runners are expected to hit the streets of the North, South, East and West of the City. The event has grown from strength to strength each year and has become more and more successful.

Newry City Marathon - 31st May 2010
This year will be the successful third staging of the Newry City Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run, events which further enhance the burgeoning reputation of the city as a destination for runners from Ireland, the UK and beyond. Over 1200 runners took part in the two main races in 2009 with several hundred others participating in the one mile Fun Run around the city streets.

Lisburn City Marathon - 16th June 2010

Dublin Marathon - 25th October 2010
This is the 30th year of the Lifestyle Sports - Adidas Dublin Marathon, which is run through the historic Georgian streets of Dublin, Ireland's largest and capital city. More than half of the expected entry of 10,000 will be made up of overseas runners, many of whom will be returning to sample Irish Hospitality once more.
