Half Marathons

Bath Half Marathon - 11th March 2012
Now in its 31st year, the Bath Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. The course itself is fast and flat, making it suitable for all abilities - for beginners whose key objective is to complete the course, to more regular long-distance event runners looking to beat their personal best time. It covers a two-lap, 13.1 mile (21.1km) traffic-free course straddling both sides of the River Avon. Reading Half Marathon - 1st April 2012
More than 17,000 runners took to the streets of this large town in southern England in the spring of 2012 for the 30th annual running of the Reading Half Marathon, which takes runners on a 13.1-mile route that starts and finishes at Madejski Stadium, the home field of the Reading Football Club. With a course that features some significant uphills and downhills, especially in the race's first six miles, followed by some long flat stretches in the second half, the race offers a challenging route past notable sights like the University of Reading, Prospect Park and bridge crossings over both the River Thames and River Kennet. Omagh Half Marathon - 31st march 2012
The Omagh Half Marathon starts at 12 noon at the Omagh Leisure Complex. This marathon is approximately 4 miles long. Budapest Half Marathon - 9th September 2012
This course leads through the most beautiful parts of the Hungarian capital, the runners have the chance to run across the Heroes' Square, through the very famous Andrássy Street, past the Buda Castle and the magnificent building of the Hungarian Parliament. Adidas Women's 5K Challenge - 11th September 2011
The adidas Women's 5k challenge is the biggest women only race in the UK and over 16,000 participants partake in it each year. The challenge is open to all females of all ages and abilities, so whether you want to run or walk the route it is entirely up to you.

Waterside Half Marathon - September 2012
The Tesco Waterside Half Marathon will take place from the Gransha Grounds on Sept 2012 . The event as always caters for runners, joggers, wheelchair participants and walkers of all abilities - and we also facilitate a Three-Person Team Relay format.
