Bupa Runs are held throughout the UK and cater for all ages from junior runs, mini runs, 5ks and 10k runs. So why not give yourself a challenge to walk, jog or run one of the number of runs or walks available . For more information and to find out what's on offer, click here www.greatrun.org.
When you sign up for one of the marathons or walks, we will send you a fundraising pack, including sponsorship forms and information about NICHS. You can also set up your very own NICHS branded fundraising webpage on Justgiving where you can also post your marathon photos. You will also receive a t-shirt and hints, tips and support from your local fundraiser.
